Brew `migrating cask marked to marked-app` failed
Caveat: This is probably a very very rare corner case. I use nix darwin to manage homebrew, and homebrew to manage Marked. I also use OCLP to run MacOS 15.5 on a 2015 MacBook Pro.
Today I ran darwin-rebuild switch and Homebrew tried and failed to migrate marked to marked-app. I ran brew uninstall marked, edited my flake to use marked-app not marked, and then darwin-rebuild switch worked. My logs below in case this affects other brew users with more common setup.

I actually have nothing to do with the Homebrew Cask for Marked, and don't know enough about it to troubleshoot. I would try tracking down the author of that cask.
Looking at the log, though, it looks like a listxattr command is failing, so the Move step is never executing. Some kind of quarantine bit or something in the xattrs for the app bundle? If the installed app never got moved out of /Applications, you could use xattr to see if there's anything weird about the app bundle it initially installed...

Indeed, in many cases. Not sure if you're seeing Frank or Self but I've
used both. Fell in love with his work when I saw Frank at MIA in
Minneapolis.
