Can't comment on other support thread
Sorry to create another thread, but I am the person who created this support thread, and now I can't comment on it. I've replied twice via email replies, and once on the website itself, and none of them seem to be going through. Is it possible they're caught in some kind of spam filter?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac
