Auto-refresh not working

I'm using SublimeText 2 as my primary editor; I installed the Extra and am using the build system provided in it. Before Marked was able to auto-refresh as soon as the file was re-saved; but now it can't do auto-refresh.

    1. Have you tried re-indexing Spotlight?
    2. Does Marked work on files other than the one you're testing with?

    After doing a manual reindexing from Terminal, the auto-refresh seems to work again. Thank you!
