It seems that Marked is sensitive to multiple dollar signs in running text. If I have a number with a $ and then a few words later I have another number with a $, the characters between them show up stylized in Marked. This stylization does not show up in HTML — which looks just fine. If I have only one number with a $ the text looks fine.
