// Please enter a detailed description of the issue
// Description of the issue:

When inserting a TOC in MultiMarkdown Composer, links which have international characters (in my case: ä / ö / ü / ß) don't work. When clicking on the produced links, nothing happens

// Please enter a list of steps required to reproduce the issue
// Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a document with headings with umlauts in MultiMarkdown Composer
2. Insert a Table of contents somewhere with {{TOC}} in the document
3. Preview with Marked 2
4. Click on one of the links with umlauts

The links will work in the MultiMarkdown Composer preview, but not in Marked 2

// If applicable please attach a sample document that causes the issue for you.

    MMD is creating a link with an invalid character in the url, whereas
    Marked generates percent-encoded, valid ids on the headlines, so they're
    not matching up. You can use Marked's TOC syntax instead: `<!--TOC-->`
    instead of `{{TOC}}`.
