File won't open in Marked
This file, created in Sublime, won't open in Marked. Thanks for the help.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

You need spaces after list item delimiters:
* Item 1
* item 2
And it doesn't hurt to put a newline before a list starts.

That simple? Ok.
BTW, It hung Marked. Marked would open but them show as not responding with high CPU utilization.
