“Add page break before H1” should not apply to a file beginning with an H1 line
“Add page break before H1” is a nice feature, but given a file that starts with an H1 header and then printing it, Marked will apply a page break to the first line, resulting in a first, empty page. I think this option should ignore first lines in files.
