Table Caption and Footnotes

The following table typically causes Marked to crash. And when Marked does not crash, neither the footnote reference nor the footnote display correctly.
I've attached a copy of the md file

   Update:
   Moving the note reference to the table header does not cause a problem. For example, this text is not a problem:

   my own personal lorem ipsum, like my own personal private Idaho.
