Hi,

Upgraded to 1.3.2 and if I have Marked fullscreen on a 27" iMac I can see the Table of Contents box at the bottom before I hit the Show button.

   Oops, I guess the CSS didn't account for screens bigger than mine :). I'll have that fixed in the next update (which is finished and--with this change--should be uploaded tomorrow for review).

   Thanks for the quick response :) It may be better to still have it coming out of the right of the screen or have a really huge number pushing it off the bottom.

   Awesome app by the way.

   Thanks for the fix. Although when I display the TOC and then hide again, it is visible on big monitors :)
