Manually insert table of contents
it would be nice to be able to insert a Table of Contents at a different position in the document.
This could be accomplished by having a special tag to denote where within the document the TOC should go.
maybe something like {toc}

Hi,
just a +1 for this feature. I've got a Scientific Report written with iA Writer and displayed in Marked. I would love to place a {toc} somewhere after the title page of the document…
