heading variable for headers
I would suggest making it possible to add headings to the header and footer fields for exported/printed documents. This would allow the most recent h1 (or h2 etc.) heading to be placed in a header or footer. The primary use case is for placing chapter or section headings in the header/footer.
Keyboard shortcuts
Generic

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I love this idea, but it's not possible within the print system. I've tried :).
