Show spelling errors by default
After purchasing the spelling/grammar extension, I would like to have this enabled by default for all documents, but I cannot find a way to make it so.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Spelling/Grammar is now included by default, how did you purchase it?
Are you running an older copy of Marked?
There's no option to have it on by default, but there are keyboard
shortcuts that make it easy to toggle.
⌘; for spelling (Command-Semicolon) and ⇧⌘;
(Shift-Command-Semicolon) for Spelling and Grammar.
