Feature request: add Copy Table of Contents to Clipboard
For markdown editors that don't display table contents, add:
- Copy ToC Markdown to Clipboard
Also:
- Add checkbox to HTML, PDF formats to export table of contents. (Not needed for Word/rtf, Word can generate its own from the headers.)
