border above footer spacing

When a code block extends to the bottom of a page, the the border line above the footer is only one pixel (or one linewidth) away from the code block background. That doesn't look too good.

    I haven't seen this happen. Could you send me a sample PDF output and a
    screenshot of your Print preferences?

    Also, if you're using a custom style, please let me know and provide a
    copy if possible.

    PDF and style attached. The stylesheet is basically the Custom CSS Example with a couple of tweaks.

    Ah, I see, it's when a code block actually crosses over the page break.
    I'll see what I can do about adding a little padding.
