interface)
if I provided a dropdown for selecting from various date/time
formats. I
may choose to provide a field for an strftime string, but
I think 4 or
5 format choices would probably do the trick.

box for a strftime format that would be fantastic.

John Purnelltag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/307661542013-12-26T21:52:43Z2013-12-26T21:52:43ZPrint header and footer variables

Done. It'll be in the next update.

On a side note: in your screenshot I spotted a %md_[...] variable
-- do I assume right that that's gonna be the way to access all the
MultiMarkdown meta variables?
Because I really want to have access to the Author meta
tag.

And a little other thing: could you maybe make a checkbox for
"Don't print header/footer on the first page"? That would help a
lot, too. :-)

Thx so much!
Stefan.

metawopstag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/307661542013-12-26T22:59:14Z2013-12-26T22:59:14ZPrint header and footer variables

That's already there. Just use %md_author.

Apparently MMD doesn't, though, so I'll take a look at that.

Bretttag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/307661542017-03-01T10:06:07Z2017-03-01T10:06:09ZPrint header and footer variables

When I set the date format to
%e %B %Y
, I would
expect to see the name of the month in my local language (as per
http://php.net/manual/en/function.strftime.php).
However, the month is always shown in the English language. Is this
a bug or did I overlook something?

Franktag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/307661542017-03-01T17:40:37Z2017-03-01T17:40:37ZPrint header and footer variables

The JavaScript library Marked uses for strftime formatting is
apparently
not internationalized. I can fix this, though. Thanks for the

Two things :

I'd love to have two checkboxes for Headers and Footers Export preferences :

[ ] Print header on first page [ ] Print footer on first page

I have the same problem with month being in english. Any time frame for the release of the upcoming update with the internationalized library ?

Thanks.

mantoine.mactag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/307661542017-05-11T15:47:41Z2017-05-11T15:47:41ZPrint header and footer variables

I'm trying to get the next update out next week, if all goes well.

I'll think about splitting the header/footer on first page option, but
it won't make it into this next release. Can you tell me what the use
case for that feature would be for you?

With a short text of e.g. two pages, header and footer shall be printed on each page

Creating a longer text with a dedicated title page, the header shall not be printed on the first page

I would appreciate that option.

Steinthal
