I've been looking at a couple of options for this, including Pandoc. Would be amazing to see this feature added, it seems like a natural progression.

Might be, but Marked has been designed to work with Leanpub, Scrivener and other formats that relate to tool more appropriate for book formatting. It provides a nice preview, but can't offer a lot of the options you'd get if you previewed in Marked but exported with Pandoc, Scrivener, Leanpub, etc.

Pandoc is too large to embed in Marked as well, so that's not really an option I can include internally.

Hrm, I see your point. I'd not heard of Leanpub before, not sure I see that working; Pandoc does seem like a good alternative but think it requires some extra markup, and of course some scripting. I'll look into those further, hopefully there's something that's easy for clients to output HTML,PDF & ePub without me having to reinvent the wheel!
