Hi!

MultiMarkdown 6 supports linebreaks via '\' at then end of the line. This is much clearer then the doublespace rule. Pandoc (which i use as Custom processor) understands it as well.

However in Marked this doesn't seem to be rendered correctly. Does Marked use an outdated version of MultiMarkdown?

Marked currently uses MMD 5 as its built-in processor.

Any plans to update it to the current version? (MMD 5 is 3 years old - and deprecated.)

Yes, it's coming. There have been some technical difficulties.
