Is it possible to add footer in Marked 2 (page number or name)?

I use Markdown-language and Scrivner for writing. I use Marked 2 for preview. I want to have a footer on each page with my name and page number. Should this be created in Scrivner (if so what's the best option) or can it be done in Marked 2 with maybe the additional CSS function or something else?

I'm very thankful for answers.
