ToC without linking?

I found the kb article about intra-documents links stating that ToC links don't work in PDFs. I can turn off all links but then links to external resources don't work. Also, the links still get the link cursor, Is there a way to generate at ToC that isn't linked? Just text (without URL annotation??)?

    Open Preferences->Style and click the Edit CSS button under "Additional CSS". Try pasting this in:

    #generated-toc-clone .wiki-link {
      text-decoration: none!important;
      color: inherit!important;
      border-bottom: none!important;
    }

    Might need some tweaking depending on the theme, but should override the link-specific styling in most cases.
