Although I have seen the comment on the subject line in several places regarding Marked 2, I have searched unsuccessfully for how to implement it. Is it possible to implement this feature with blogger.com and, if it is, how do I go about it?

    You can create a preview style using the CSS from your blog. In many
    cases, you can copy the existing CSS file and use it with just slight
    modifications. More details here:
