Launch Marked 2 in proofing mode
Is there a way to let Marked 2 always open documents with enabled proofing like keyword highlighter, word repetition and spell checking?

Not presently, but I agree it would be a useful feature for people who primarily use marked for its editing features (I often do). I can add that to the roadmap.
