Decimal outline in exported PDFs

Hi,

Is it possible to export the outline-enabled view of Marked into PDF? I have a vey long unordered-list outline in markdown that I would like to export as a "decimal"-style outline into PDF.

It wasn't supposed to be display only, but a conflict with the export style sheets overrides it. I'm fixing this for the next update.
