Brett,

I'd like to use this new feature: "Allow print headers and footers to be specified per-document using MMD metadata" but I don't know the syntax. I checked the Marked help and your website but didn't find a description.

I tried

Top Left: some text
Header Top Left: some text

but both do not work.

Could you please provide a short example? Thanks.

See this section of the help.

    Available headers are:

     Print Header Left: %title
     Print Header Right: %date
Print Footer Left: Copyright 2014 Me
     Print Footer Right: %page/%total

Sorry, I did not look there... I'd expected the description in the Per-Document settings of the help.

    Thanks for your help, Brett.

I need to reorganize all the help topics and index them better, it's
    something I'm working on.

    Thanks!
