Marked needs permission to access...

I bought Marked 2 a couple days ago and let me preface this by saying that it's wonderful: other thank link validation, paginated PDFs and other cool stuff, the thing I love most is Marked Special Syntax.

Including code, though, needs access permissions. I included a file in a src directory which contained 4 files, and Marked asked for my permission 4 times (even if I was including only one file). Is there a way to grant access to Marked once per file/forever to all the filesystem?

I'm working on the multiple requests issue. It's mostly because Marked
allows nested includes, but to read the included file and see if _it_
has any includes, it has to first get permission for that file. It's
    annoying, I know.

Once you grant permission, it shouldn't ask you again on the same
document. Let me know if it's doing that. You should be able to trick it
into accessing your entire system by including a file that sits in your
home folder. When you grant it permission to access the files directory,
it _should_ then give you magical access to all of the subdirectories of
your home folder. Honestly, though, Sandboxing and preference storage
have been unpredictable for me and really hard to debug.
