How to add page numbers

I'm using Marked 2.
I'm exporting my document (about 100 pages) to paginated PDF.
But I want to add page numbers in each page. How can I do that ?

I'm using Smile's PDFpen (Pro) 6 for that task.

Marked (WebKit) cannot currently support page numbering.
