Preferences for doc and docx (eg. paper size)

Been a happy user of Marked v1 and was very interested in the doc docx conversions in v2. It appears, as one example, that the exports configure with US letter size paper, not a lot of use for those outside the US who use A4. Are there any plans to allow some config to allow doc and docx files to be created where there is minimal additional config. I fear you are opening Pandora's box trying to support Word!
