Add CSS Swiss to Nebulous Notes
I would like to add Brett's swiss.work.css to the Nebulous Notes IOS app. I have two questions. First, is this OK with Mr. Terpstra? Second, and sorry to be so lame, but could you give me the steps I need to take to get this file over to my iPad and into Nebulous Notes?

Totally fine. You just need a way to get the CSS file into your clipboard. I'd recommend using Dropbox to open swiss.work.css in Nebulous, select all of the contents and copy, then paste into the CSS section of the preview (the CSS button in the bottom right corner). Is that the instruction you need, or did I misread?
