Table of contents
I'm using sublime text for writing markdown and I bought and configured Marked as build system.
The thing is, when I run Command B to open Marked, my table of contents is appearing only as [toc]
How do I actually see a table of contents there ?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Which table of contents are you talking about?
The tag to insert one in Marked is <!--TOC-->
There's also the ⌘T table of contents always available.

Brett,
As you see in the screenshot, I added that tag and nothing happened.

My mistake, that's a feature I've added for the next version, not available currently.
