Customizing the Fountain Titlepage
Is the titlepage format for fountain documents hardcoded into Marked 2? or is it from a template?
(I am wondering whether I can add something like the number of words of the document below the draft date.)

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Marked uses the standard Fountain parser. Title pages conform to the
[Fountain syntax](https://fountain.io/syntax/#title-page) and only
allowed keys (like title and author) will be displayed on the title
page. That's just how the spec works… sorry.
