Each time I started the application it suggested to update (not upgrade)
from 2.5 to 2.6. Certainly I agreed. It downloaded
an update and asked if I'd like to run it and relaunch. Of course, I
agreed. Than the form of "updating" appeared and the
process never finished:-( After about 10-15 attempts I went to your site
and downloaded the version 2.6. I hoped you
would recognize me as your customer and wouldn't charge me...

I have no records of a sale through Paddle for that email address. If
you purchased through the Mac App Store, you'll have to go through Apple
to receive a refund, I can't do that for you. Sorry for the

That's a Mac App Store purchase. I'm unable to issue refunds for the Mac
App Store, those have to be requested through Apple. The MAS shouldn't
have let you purchase twice, so if that's the case, you should be able
to get the refund no problem.
