Functional jump-to links in exported PDFs?

I'm using the hash syntax (eg. [link](#MySection)) to cross-link sections of my document. This works fine in the previewer but breaks when I export to PDF. Is there any way to preserve these links?

Sorry, not currently. It's a bug in WebKit (doesn't work in Safari PDF
    output either).
