Hi,

I'd like to save a document off as PDF, but I'd like to add properties like title and author when I do... is there a way to do it?

Thanks,

David

Use Print…, then choose Save as PDF from the menu in the lower left. You'll be able to add properties and export a paginated PDF.

This works well but for some reason a blank page is systematically inserted as the first page. Is it possible to eliminate it?

Also, is it possible to edit the PDF metadata such as Content Creator, etc., before saving to PDF or exporting the PDF file?

    1. I'm working on this issue for the next release. Are you printing a Table of Contents (Print Preferences). If not, make sure that option is unchecked.
    2. Not at this point.

    Thanks!

    1. No I'm not printing a table of contents and the option is indeed unchecked.
    2. It would be a useful feature to add, e.g., a document's author, keywords, etc. Perhaps this could be done via some header in the Markdown file (pdfLaTeX makes this possible.)

I'll definitely consider adding this in a future version, and will try to have the blank page issue worked out for the next release.
