Save HTML and Save Markdown are disabled

I suddenly cannot export HTML on my Mac. The "Save HTML" menu item is disabled. The "Save Markdown" menu item is also disabled.

    Thanks for the info, I'll be looking into this. In the meantime the
    ⌘⇧E palette should offer you all the options.

    FYI: A similar thing just happened to me.

    The File > Export As > Save as HTML menu item is disabled. (Command + Shift + e works okay.) It was working earlier.

    The File > Export As > Save Markdown menu item is still okay; it is not disabled.

    This is using Version 2.5.26 (962).

    Someone else reported the same thing, still baffling. Just for
    reference, the shortcut for export HTML is just ⌘S, which should still
    work until I figure out what the issue here is.
