<p>When I noticed that the tables are no longer working, I tried
Fletcher Penney’s sample document from: <a href="https://raw.githubusercontent.com/fletcher/MultiMarkdown-Gallery/master/Sample-Document/sample.txt">
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/fletcher/MultiMarkdown-Gallery/ma...</a>

<p>The tables in this sample document are no longer working
either.</p>

dashed lines) that I just created based on a selection from my own
document:</h2>
<table>
<tr>

<th>test2</th>
<th>test3</th>
<th>test4</th>
<th>test5</th>
<th>test6</th>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>xyz</td>
<td>ooo</td>
<td>oo</td>
<td>o</td>
<td>o</td>
<td>---</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>abc</td>
<td>ooo</td>
<td>o</td>
<td>o</td>
<td>-</td>
<td>?</td>

<tr>

</table>

<p>Can you reproduce this error? Tables were working fine in the
past and I am not aware of changing any settings between the last
time I used Marked (early December?) and this update. I started
writing on my current document after the last update.</p>
<p>Please let me know if you need more details.</p>
<p>Best regards,<br>

row. If you add a single pipe on the left, the table you pasted
should<br>
work fine for you.</p></div>Bretttag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/358935902015-01-28T08:22:14Z2017-03-01T10:07:39ZTables no longer work<div><p>Thank you. The addition you suggested, fixed my problem.</p>
<p>However, as far as I can tell from the MultiMarkdown User's
Guide, pipes at the beginning and end of lines are optional:

uses MMD 4<br>
directly for rendering. You don't happen to have the Discount
processor<br>
selected in Preferences, do you?</p></div>Bretttag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/358935902015-01-28T19:48:12Z2017-03-01T10:07:39ZTables no longer work<div><p>Nope. The MultiMarkdown processor is active, not Discount
(GFM).</p></div>Franktag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/358935902015-05-13T08:10:19Z2015-05-13T08:10:20ZTables no longer work<div><p>@Brett Hi,<br>
I have the same problem and tried your solution, but still nothing

one or<br>
more blank lines before the first line of the table. Second, your
dashes<br>
are n-dashes (option-minus). Replace them with regular "minus"
symbols<br>
and it works fine.</p>
