Paddle not working
I'm trying to buy Marked2 I get forwarded to paddle.com but it won't let me create an account. It just sits there. Why can't I buy this in the Apple AppStore?

It will be available in the App Store soon, but sandboxing issues are
the reason it's currently not. I will forward this issue to Paddle and
have them contact you about the issue.
Thanks,
Brett

I try to retrieve a license from paddle.com:

Hi Leo,
When you say "retrieve," are you talking about restoring a
previously-purchased license, or purchasing a new one?

Hi Brett,
I wanted to use the license previously purchased for a second MAC i recently acquired. However, when I use my original email to get the license, i get the error below.
Kind Regards,
Leo

You should be able to retrieve the license via my.paddle.com, but if you
already have the license and are recieving that error, it's likely a
temporary service issue on Paddle's side. If it doesn't resolve within
the hour, I'll contact them for a status report.
Thanks,
Brett

I'll have to follow up with them, I didn't hear back either. Can you screenshot the error for me and I'll escalate the issue?
Thanks,
Brett

Ok, now I see where the error is occurring, that will help. Do you run
any kind of firewall on the machine you're trying to register from? I'm
able to access the paddle url just fine from where I am. Also, remind me
if you've tried going to http://my.paddle.com instead? I'm also able to
access that site without issue.
If none of this works, please set this conversation to private, let me
know what email address you purchased with, and I will look up the code
for you manually and provide it directly.
Thanks,
Brett

Dear Brett,
That worked.
But why the button?
Thanks
Leo

I honestly don't know why the button is causing the issues it is for
you. Like I said, the whole process seems to work fine for me. Can you
right click on the button in the email and copy link, then paste it to
show me exactly where it's trying to take you?
