posts had been moved to the spam folder and I wasn't checking it
frequently. I apologize sincerely for the delay in response. Please
update this issue and let me know if it still exists and I'll
respond as quickly as possible.</p>
<p>The issue is likely the custom fonts that Upstanding uses. They
probably don't contain the characters but they're rendered locally
because an equivalent font in the theme's waterfall on your system
does. I'll see if I can find versions of the font or fallbacks that
represent UTF8 characters, but I'm not sure this will ever work in
the more "custom" themes like Upstanding Citizen (and possibly
Amblin).</p></div>Bretttag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/158170102012-08-27T13:18:05Z2016-06-25T09:38:01ZUmlaute in Upstanding Citizen CSS-Template<div><p>Hey Brett,</p>
<p>problem still occurs. But I honestly believe this is an issue of
Dropbox. If I upload it to another webspace (using the one my
university grants me), everything works like expected.
Shouldn’t this problem occur there too, if it was the
font?</p>
<p>And thanks for the reply. I don’t mind waiting a bit
longer. Spam happens ;)</p></div>Markotag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/158170102012-08-27T19:40:36Z2012-08-27T19:40:36ZUmlaute in Upstanding Citizen CSS-Template<div><p>I'm not sure why that would be the case. Since I don't have a
lot of UTF8 in my hands right now, could you post a sample Markdown
file and the output it gives you for Upstanding Citizen ]so I can
test?</p></div>Brett
