word files
I purchased Marked b/c IMac said it could open wrl.tmp which are word files. But it did not. I would like my money back or credited to me. How can I do this?

I'm honestly not sure. I looked through the MAS links and the account links, and the only form I could find was a support form on Apple's site. Let me know if that doesn't help.
Where did the misleading information come from? And, out of curiosity, what did you expect it to do with a Word file?

Hi Brett,
I was trying to open an wrl.tmp file - it was a word file from my old PC. I attempted to open this on my MAC and it could not. The computer then recommended opening it with MARKED, it did not. I just want to get my account credited as it did not do the job. Please just credit my account.
Thanks,
Sheila

A developer can't give a refund, you need to take it to Apple using the link above. I'm sorry this happened, but I can't handle the refund myself.
