These happen frequently when Marked tries to read the file just as I'm writing. It happens both when previewing NoteBooks and when previewing documents while I'm editing in vim. If it gets that error, it would be good for it to try again before reporting an issue, because it probably means that the file is in the process of being changed.

I'll do some more testing around these complaints/issues. It should
    definitely not be doing this.

I just purchased MARKED thinking that it would "translate" or otherwise convert word, pdf or rtf files to mardown. None of these file formats work. Did I make a mistake in purchasing Marked to do this?

    Hi Pierre,

Yes, you purchased in error. Marked converts plain text (text or
Markdown) into these formats, but does not go the other direction. If
you purchased the direct version, I can help you apply for a refund if
you provide your transaction ID from your receipt. If you purchased
through the Mac App Store, you can use Apple's refund system to apply.
