custom URL schema/link is not followed

Great tool!!!
Hopefully a small issue.
I have URLs like:
txmt://open/?url=file:/Users/franks/Development/Clojure/lein-repls/bin/str2doc.cljsh&line=70
which will open the app associated with that "txmt:" URL scheme.
This works in any of the browsers (Firefox/Safari/Opera), but not in Marked.
Could you please add support for this?

I'll see what I can do. The issue is that I carefully control what is fed back to the system when links are clicked so that Marked doesn't end up opening files and web pages it's not supposed to. I'll see if I can add a handler to pass custom url schemes back to the system, though.

This is officially fixed and custom urls will be available in the next release (coming soon).
