Sorry to say this but it's very annoying. I
have to share my notes with my fellow students as Word documents,
but unfortunately they look horrible.</p></div>Lucatag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/290446242013-10-16T13:34:15Z2013-10-16T13:34:15ZExport to .docx/.doc does not render tables<div><p>Marked2 - Export to word does not include images.</p></div>Eriktag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/290446242013-10-16T14:31:25Z2013-10-16T14:31:25ZExport to .docx/.doc does not render tables<div><p>And it cannot, at this point. Your best bet for a file with
images (and it may work with tables) is to save to HTML with
embedded images (check the box in the save dialog) and then use
Word's Import feature to convert.</p>

Can I just say that Word is extremely frustrating?</p></div>Bretttag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/290446242013-10-16T14:43:01Z2013-10-16T14:43:01ZExport to .docx/.doc does not render tables<div><p>yes, words suck which i why i use markdown which is why i would
like to export to word (including all artifacts) and ideally better
code blocks so i dont have to deal with it anymore than i
absolutely have to.</p>
<p>I am going to see how it works in pandoc.</p>

is not ideal with docx export. I'll continue working on a
solution.</p>

use that when i need a word document until you figure it out :)</p></div>Erik Thuetag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/290446242013-10-16T16:19:18Z2013-10-16T16:19:19ZExport to .docx/.doc does not render tables<div><p>FWIW, it works if exporting Marked > RTFD > Pages >

success working getting Word to behave? I don't use word but
sometime upload my files to google docs.</p>

RTF<br>
export. This will allow precision export to Pages and RTF, and
files<br>
that Word can import and maintain formatting on. It should also
output<br>
files that are easily imported into Google Docs. Direct Word export
will<br>
be next on the list, but the RTF update will be released before
work on<br>
that begins.</p>
<p>The updated RTF engine should be released after the Marked 2
update<br>
currently on deck makes it out.</p>

tables is more than enough for me, FWIW -- the Word piece is low to

for use in Google Docs on the iPad for teaching. Love both apps and
