incorrect treatment of underscore followed by emdash

In this sequence (those are em-dash characters U+2014 aka #8212 aka — before specifically and there) :

In this text—specifically this text—there is a problem.
Marked2 does not terminate the italics after "this text" and instead leaves the trailing underscore in the output.

I have attached a sample file which demonstrates the problem several times. This text is formatted correctly by GitHub in a .md document.

    Aha! Switching to the Discount processor rather than Multi-Markdown resolved the problem.
