Font size far too large when exporting

Is there any way to control the export font size with more certainty and precision? Some presets show gigantic headings and normal text. Others have oversized fonts across the board. I understand that tinkering with CSS does not affect the exported file. I really like the app and would find it really useful to export from it regularly. (I currently paste Markdown into Bear and export from there because I like the final formatting, but it's slower to do this.)

I've found various unresolved threads about this issue, but there were never resolved.

FYI I'm using Drafts and Marked 2. I have "Custom font size for export/print" set to the lowest setting: 9pt.

Thanks.

First, we're talking about PDF export, correct? Could you attach an example export displaying the issue for me?

Just as an aside, there's a Bear Style in the Style Gallery. I'd be curious what your export looked like with that.

Yes, talking about PDF export. I'm attaching some screen cap comparisons between preview and final export, plus the PDFs exported.

The Bear PDF export is pretty accurate (BearApp_PDFexport is the file from Bear, while the Marked2_Bear_PDFexport_paginated is from Marked 2. That said, I would love to have more control over the font sizes of both headers and body copy.

Some settings may be determined by the @media print section of various themes, but "Custom font size" should override that. I'll take a new look at what might be causing the inconsistency.
