I am getting horizontal lines on my proofing and export drawer windows.

1. Happens when text is sent from another program (drafts and/or nvUltra for me)
   
2. Lines will disappear if I toggle HTML source view switch, but reappears if I switch from proofing drawer to export and vice versa.
