Headers in PDF (Paginated) Showing up as Boxes?

Has this happened to anyone? When I export my markdown file to pdf (paginated) the headers turn into empty squares?

    This appears to be a Sonoma issue that I hadn't discovered yet. I'm
    working on Sonoma fixes right now and will add this to the list. Sorry I
    got behind on this update.

    Thanks! I totally understand the various bugs that may pop up with the release of the new macOS. Appreciate whatever fixes come out. Marked is the best. Can't believe how versatile and essential it is to my workflow!

    Ok, got the new release out (live for direct customers, pending approval
    for Setapp and Mac App Store). When you get a chance to try it
    (v2.6.26), let me know if I accidentally fixed this in the process,
    otherwise we can dig into troubleshooting.
