I am having an issue when editing a markdown document, which is being displayed in Marked, receiving a message and document is empty. My only cure is to close and reopen the document.

// Please enter a list of steps required to reproduce the issue // Steps to reproduce:

  1. Ya, that would be nice if I could make it happen consistently
  2. I will continue testing this to see if I can make it happen
  3. But for now, all I can do is report it to you and supply details below

// If applicable please attach a sample document that causes the issue for you.

    Hey Brett

I am eating the markdown in VSCode - Insiders

Maybe one of these days, you and Fletcher will get your new Markdown Editor done, I will be happier to use that.

I sometimes use Macdown, but it is pretty “crude” and I found the rendered markdown is often different that what I use when using Marked (Github Flavored)

I would be more than happy to remove Macdown completely

VS Code shouldn't be removing the file, and if it were, it would tell
you the file was deleted, not show null. I'm not sure why that's
happening. When it does happen, does hitting ⌘R (command-R) bring it

The file is definitely not removed. I will pay closer attention next time it occurs and try and give you more information.
