Hello,
I use Marked 2 through my Setapp subscription but the application is still indicated as working with an intel processor and not natively with Apple solicon.
However Marked 2 is proposed to work natively on M1.

I'm not sure why this would be, Marked has been compiled as a universal binary since Silicon was announced. Are you certain your Setapp version has been receiving updates? (I can't imagine why it wouldn't be, but let me know what version it shows.)

    Thanks,
    Brett

    Hello,

I've checked, Setapp appears to be up to date and the Marked app continues to be identified as an intel app (pictures attached).

I'm not sure what format those images were when you uploaded them, but
they have no extension and I can't open them.

    Hello,
In addition to the current problem, I want to point out that I cannot install a theme using the "m install" button from the website.
As a reminder, the version number is : Version 2.6.8 (1021)

    Regards,

It turns out some of the frameworks that Marked is using are not
compiled for Silicon, so the main app can't compile a universal binary.
I didn't realize this was happening and it will take some time to update
all of the included libraries. I'll make sure a universal binary is
    available soon.

As far as the theme install, what browser are you using? I just tested
with the Setapp version and Firefox and Safari and both installed
    without a hitch.

    Hello,
I am using safari and have tried firefox. Themes do not install even after relaunching marked.

Does it ask to open the link in Marked? Does Marked activate when you
    click the link?

It should request permission to open the x-marked link using Marked (in
either Safari or Firefox). If you've ever denied it permission, it may
    not even be trying anymore.

This comment was split into a new discussion: Custom styles from the Style Gallery fail to install with Install button

Here are the steps I followed:
    1.Marketed launch
    2.on Safari: https://marked2app.com/styles/
    3.theme selection (here Bear): https://marked2app.com/styles/preview#Bear
4.click on install and not on CSS
    5. reply with "allow" to the message that appears: Would you like to allow this page to open "Marked"?
    6. Marked then opens to preferences and the "style" tab

Then nothing happens and the theme is not installed.

FYI, I've renamed this issue to indicate it's about the Universal binary and not just limited to the Setapp version, for anyone else searching for this discussion.
