Adding Themes from Gallery not working
Using Setapp Marked version 2.6.4
If I click on "Install" in the gallery e.g. https://marked2app.com/styles/preview#Academia Safari will prompt me to open Marked but the theme does not seem to be installed. I've tried several different ones.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

It seems like every time this has been reported, it's been with Safari.
Would you mind trying a different browser and letting me know if it's
Safari-specific?

Doesn’t seem to work in Chrome either.
Marked in launched, but I don’t see the theme in the list in Marked’s preferences

Remind me which version of Marked you're using (Setapp, Paddle, or MAS).

Setapp but I have a license for Paddle if that would be helpful to check too.
