Hi

'Replace horizontal rules with page breaks' is no longer working for me. Am I doing something wrong or has something broken?

    Appears I did break it. I have it fixed for the next update, in the
    meantime you should be able to use `<!--BREAK-->` as a workaround.

    This should be fixed in the latest update.
