"Cross Grade" my App Store License

I purchased Marked 2 from the Apple Store this morning. However every time I open a file from Bear in Marked, I get a security warning (that often times is completely grayed out). I've added the app to Full-Disc access in macOS settings but that didn't help. Had I known the App Store version was limited like this with Bear, I would have purchased directly from your website.

Is it possible to convert my App Store license to your standalone version???

I'm having the exact same issue and tried the same process as Michael. Can you please cut me a license code, too? I can get you whatever proof is needed to show I purchased it on the Mac App Store.
