KaTex Preview Update

When I preview math using KaTex (which I prefer over MathJax) I run into a problem. When I add a new block of math, wrapped in $ signs and save the preview works fine. However if I change anything in the block, KaTex will not render the block unless I remove it from the document, save without it and paste it in again. This behavior has been consistent over multiple files and a long timeframe (4 month maybe) for me. I attached a screencast to illustrate the issue.

Actually, you just need to make a change outside of the math block and save. Marked is inserting the “last edit” marker inside the block, which breaks the rendering. I’ll see if I can fix that.

Thank you for the quick response 👍

That helps already but a fix would still be awesome.

    Cheers

Found a fix, it will be in the next update. Not sure about release
timing yet, but it'll be there soon!
